unlike its northern counterpart, the east is a rather nice place to be, if you can ignore all the extremely dangerous digimon who prowl through its forests. said forests are generally tropical in nature, with a few strange additions here and there, including (but not limited to) street signs that stick out of anyplace imaginable.

the central point of file island. there is a part of infinity mountain in each of the four regions. it is one of the largest and tallest mountains in the digital world, its peak being well above the cloud line and being covered in snow no matter the temperature. not many digimon inhabit it as the mountain walls are quite steep and there is nothing to be gained from it.

the southern region of file island is a very harsh place to be, much like the north, though it is harsh because of the fact that its one large savannah and/or desert. the temperatures are blazing hot year round and the terrain is harsh, with only a small forest for shelter.
