Melody walked slowly through the jungle though she was not feeling quite up to it. She had been reluctant to come to the jungle as it would quite a bit of walking. The only reason she had come at all was because Matrix had been wanting to see the jungle in all of its glory.
"Wow! Everything is so pretty! Of course, it'd be better without the signs everywhere." the Hackmon said. She didn't like the fact that the street signs took away from the pure beauty of the natural jungle. Melody looked somewhat distant when she stared at a 'STOP' sign though it merely lasted a few seconds.
"Do you like it or not? I can get some seeds from the trees and plant them back at the HQ if you want." Melody asked and the Hackmon nodded, her eyes sparkling.
"Could you really grow these trees?" Matrix asked and Melody gave her a smirk.
"Of course I can. I am a certified genius."

Vladimir was walking through the jungle with Dorumon when suddenly his digivice began to ring. as he picked it up he noticed two signals botth poinying in the same direction. So He looked to dorumon and motioned for him to follow him. he was gonna find out what the hell was going on.
"come on Dorumon were gonna see whats going on with this thing." Dorumon quickly quiped out."Got it Vlad" THey slowly moved forward Vlad looking at the digivice every so often. they were headed in the right Direction that he was sure of. He ke[t going till dorumon walked into a random sign. that was when the first arrow started to spin quickly. So he decided to scream out and see who was around "Hello! Anyone There?"

Melody somewhat stiffened at hearing someone else being in the forest, obviously not comfortable being out in the open like this with a stranger. She composed herself, however, and began to walk towards the source of the voice.
"Hello back to you." Melody replied as she approached Vlad and Dorumon. She gave the duo a quick look over to see if they were any threat at all. She found that the duo were not big threats but there would be trouble if Vlad decided to digivolve his partner. She could tell that the duo had much more experience than herself from the way the boy held his Digivice.
"Hi there! What're you two doing here? This isn't the kind of place most people visit." Matrix said. She had followed Melody and now stood at the girl's side and tried to look friendly, though she was still stiff in case Vlad tried to attack.

Vladimir looked at her with a rather peculiar look. He didn’t even notice when the arrow on his digivice started to move towards him. he had yet to realize he was soon gonna have a new companion. So as he sized her up seeing if she was experienced in the world he realized she was sorta cute in a casual little rocker sort of way. While normally he would ty to flirt with her he didn’t think it would be appropriate yet. Hed address his questions and situation so far. As he looked her over he thought she is either his age or a bit younger probably no more then a year. But he was getting sidetracked as dorumon was rather docile at the moment. “I’m just looking for something. I had put my digivice down on something and it decided we needed an adventure I guess so here we are. The beeping was rather annoying but it shut off once we got here and turned into twin arrows. One that lead us to you. And the names Vladimir D’yavol. Just call me Vlad…” he looked around as he heard a slight flutter of wings. That was oddhe figured birds and the like would be flying higher then this level in the jungle. “What about you miss. This isn’t somewhere id expect anyone to be honestly.”

Melody cocked a brow at hearing Vlad's story, as if she were having trouble believing the story, but then nodded, as though she decided it was plausible.
"Well, Vlad, I'm here because Matrix here," Melody pointed to the Hackmon beside her with her thumb, "Kept begging and annoying me to bring her here. She wanted to see the beautiful flora and wouldn't stop irritating me until I did." Melody sounded annoyed, though it was obvious she was just teasing Matrix.
"Well, excuse me...! You should know how much I like flowers and pretty things..." the Hackmon replied, pretending to have been offended. She was also simply teasing. The duo seemed to have a strong friendship and bond, despite the many arguments and fights they had.
"Wait, didn't you say your Digivice's GPS function split into two arrows? Only one of them led to Matrix and I, so who or what is that other arrow pointing to?" Melody asked.

Vlad opened his mouth to speak when a tiny blur flew past. As it flew past the arrow moved to where it was headed. As far as speed goes very few matched up to a Digimon like pixiemons. But that left the thought on his mind. What travels that fast and is that small and why was it running. "It was that. But what's it running from or to?" Now normally he wouldn't care he'd just wait for it to bite him in the ass. But he was tired of that and plus usually this happened when he least expected and it turned out bad for everyone. "If this turns out bad mind giving me some help ms...I never asked your name did I. " dorumon decided to speak up then. "That was rude of you devil boy." He slapped dorumon upside his head as dorumon whipped his tail at his knee. "Shut up man I was....distracted. And this is Dorumon. What are your names? If you feel like sharing."

Melody was startled when the blur flew past.
"ARIEL! What was that?" she asked, speaking to her Digivice. A feminine voice emanated from the device.
"The figure was moving too fast for the scanner, ma'am. It was a life form, however." ARIEL replied, and Melody frowned. If something was too fast for ARIEL's scanner, then it was moving extremely quickly. Matrix looked at where the blur came from, though she couldn't figure out why it had run off like that. Melody blinked, a little surprised when Vlad asked for her name and then proceeded to hit his partner on the head when the Dorumon commented about his 'rudeness'.
"Well, I'm Melody Stark. If you've been to the Real World at all in the past four weeks, then you've probably heard of me. I own Stark Corporations." Melody replied with a grin. Matrix rolled her eyes and introduced herself.
"I'm Matrix. It's very nice to meet you."

Vlad wasn't as startled by the blur as much as by her scream. She screamed a name and then a new voice responded. He looked around quickly and raised an eyebrow. He then looked at her and thought about what he knew about technology. It could have been an artificial intelligence what he first thought of when he met dorumon. But that seemed unlikely unless she was an expert programmer. "It's a pleasure to meet you both. And it's especially a pleasure to meet someone as beautiful as you Melody. And I haven't been in the real world for a few months or so it seems. Want to find out what that blur was with me?" Dorumon looked at his tamer understanding what was going on but not believing that his tamer would hit on a girl he just met not even a half hour ago. Vlad then looked at his digivice and found it was pointing to where the blur went.

Melody seemed to take the compliment well. "You certainly know how to please a girl. Why not? You might just see the awesomeness that is me at work today." she said before beginning to walk in the direction the blur had gone. Matrix rolled her eyes. Of course Melody would enjoy compliments. The girl was pretty egotistical. The girl thought so highly of herself, Matrix might as well just treat Melody like a queen. Melody treated all other Digimon and humans like they were ants compared to her, anyway. But, then again, sometimes, Melody's bragging and self-praising sounded hollow. Were they not genuine?
"Well, let's hurry up and go, then. That blur will have gone really far if we wait any longer." the Hackmon said, getting a nod from Melody.
"You want to lead the way?" Melody asked Vlad with a smile.

Vladimir looked at her and then to the hackmon to ask if she was always so egotistical. he then shrugged as she seemed pretty cute anyway. he wouldnt feed her any more compliments though atleast for a while. Dorumon moved to run forward as a pointman of sorts. it seemed he had gotten a scent. Sometimes vlad loved his digimons enhanced sense of smell. with that and the radar he guessed hed call it that blur of a digimon was out of luck as far as hiding escaping that was another thing though. "seems Dorumon has its trail. Ladies first then."

Melody followed after Dorumon. "This has certainly turned out to be interesting after all. Maybe I'll listen to you more, Matrix." she said as she thought about the interesting events that had occurred so far. The Hackmon rolled her eyes.
"You say that now but I know you're not going to listen to me later. You never do. And that always gets us in trouble." Matrix replied with an annoyed expression. She followed Melody closely. The girl scoffed and pointed out how without her, Matrix would still be lost in some desert.

Vladimir was walking behind Melody thinking about a lot. this girl next to him how they met and how this might end up. He knew Dorumon could always evolve into his champion form or slide into guilmon and do the same but guilmon would be a last resort as they caught up to the blur. the blur had been captured though seems some digimon set a trap for it and that meant no good especially now when they were so deep in the forest some of the trees had webs connecting them. Vlad thought about the digimon that could do that and came up with only one . but he'd let her figure it out for right now.

Melody looked around carefully, scanning the area and was having ARIEL record everything that was going on. She inspected the trees and how there was sticky web stuck to many of them. She grinned. This narrowed things down quite a bit. Obviously, there was a big predator in the area. In fact, it was quite possible that there was more than one. Either Dokugumons or Arukenimons. She had a feeling it was a group of Dokugumons. Arukenimons were recorded to be queens of Dokugumons, so it only made sense for it to be a group of Dokugumons. Why would one Digimon go to such lengths for another Digimon? It would take a lot of effort for one Digimon to catch a speedy Digimon like the one that blurred past her and the others earlier. Melody continued to follow Dorumon, though now she began to whistle a tune. Matrix rolled her eyes at her Tamer's antics. It was obvious to her that Melody felt as though she were some sort of spy or detective figuring out a mystery. Melody sure was acting like one, anyway. ((Note: Melody's actually whistling the Mission Impossible tune.  )) |

Slowly walking in Vlad took notice of the area again but decided not to say anything. he would just see where this went. now if he remembered right dokugamon Arkunimon and if they were unlucky they would be swarmed by the baby Dokugamon. but if they were swarmed it would explain the webs. maybe this was like one of those animal mating grounds but for this species of digimon. the queen taking on her various suitors and giving birth to the baby digimon who also took hold and made these webs to beter provide for their young. "that could be it." as dorumon soon stopped his fur started to shed slowly as the transformation began to take hold. Vlad thought he had more time seems like he was wrong. Guilmon would be defenseless till it took over completly and a small platoon sized group of Kodokugumon was headed their way.  x40 |

Melody grinned when she saw that there were many Kodokugumon in the area. She punched her palm and told Matrix to get ready. She knew things were going to get wild. She had already encountered a small group of Kodokugumon once before, so she knew what to expect. Matrix groaned but got into a battle position and waited for the enemies to attack first. "Hope you guys are ready for a fight because we got enemies at 12 o' clock!" Melody said, pointing at the small platoon. She had ARIEL materialize a stunner as well in case Matrix got too tired and degenerated.
