Lyra, in stark contrast to her tamer, is all about business. She is very serious, and doesn’t like to get sidetracked. This is a constant annoyance to her partner, and his laid-back attitude has the same effect on her. In spite of this, she is very loyal to Gray, and would go any length to protect him. She is able to lighten up every once in a while, and once she gives someone her trust, she will be a valuable friend. However, her trust is hard earned, and if it’s broken, she will not hesitate to make the offender pay. Some may call her blunt, but she just doesn’t like to mince words. In battle, she fights very directly, not one for sneak attacks or the like, though her fighting style still maintains a level of elegance.

*--- Jin the Kudamon [/size][/font] Rookie. Vaccine. Holy Beast. *--- personalityJin tends to be a vey quite digimon, and rarely speaks unless he feels he has to. This makes some people think of him as aloof, but really he’s actually just reserved, and a bit shy. Even so, he’s not afraid to speak his mind, and is usually a voice of reason in hard times. He also despises arguments, and will always try to resolve conflicts before they end in violence. Though he is shy, his calm, level-headed nature tends to get him quite a few friends. While he’s known Cal longer, he tends to get along better with Lyra then the Gazimon. Like Lyra, Jin is extremely loyal to Gray, and will do whatever it takes to protect him. *--- initial digivolutions

The only reason he wanted a tamer in the first place was so that he could get stronger, nothing more. He has a very aggressive and battle-oriented outlook on life. He tends to be rash in his actions, and rarely stops to think before he does things. These traits constantly put him at odds with Lyra. Another reson behind their strained relationship is that unlike his other partners, Cal is not entirely loyal to his tamer, and will act on his own, or even put him in danger, usually as an effect of the former. While Gray doesn’t mind this, his other partners tend to try and keep him in line. However, though he may not show it, he is an honorable digimon, and does make a good friend once you get past his rough exterior. *--- initial digivolutions
