It had been a little while since Gray had been to the beach, and the last time he was there, it had been less than relaxing. And after what had happened on the mountain with Adam, he deserved a break. So today, the photographer had decided he would just relax on the beack, and maybe get a few shots of the ocean while he was at it. As always, he had Jin's egg with him. He hadn't let the thing out of his sight since the incident happened. Hopefully the kudamon would return soon. Of course, knowing him, he would probably have apologized for forcing Gray to carry him the past few days.
Gray sighed a bit as he laid out on the sand, thinking about his partner, who's egg was currently sitting next to him. He glanced at it wistfully before turning his gaze to call and Lyra, who were, as per usual, arguing.
The Gazimon had dived into the water, and Lyra was standing on the shore with her arms crossed. "Idiot. Don't expect me to save you if a seadramon decides to make a meal of you." She said, rolling her eyes as the mammalian digimon swam around in the water. She liked the beach, but she had the good sense to avoid the ocean, or specifically, the dangerous digimon who swam in it.
"Lighten up crabgrass, you weren't such a worrywart when we went after the tridents." He said, then with a wicked grin on his face, got a mouthful of the saltwater and squirted it at the palmon, who narrowly dodged it.
We were expecting a fight that time." She said, not even mentioning the nickname. At this point, she had just given up. "Anyway, if you wanted to swim, why didn't you just go to the pool in the castle. All the water, none of the danger. Plus you would be far away from me!" She said with a glare.
Gray watched his partners fighting and rolled his eyes. So much for peace and quiet.

now the dark is taking over he hadn't known how long he had been in the digital world, but ryuumaru would surmise somewhere between a couple of weeks and a month. to his everlasting despair, he seemed to be running into people here and there, wherever they seemed to go. takako hadn't seemed to mind, glad to have found others that she could talk to, despite of being around two others. granted, ryuumaru wasn't the social type and the other, raiden, was her dear ol' brother. currently, the trio was traveling alone; much as ryuumaru preferred. it wasn't as if he disliked people, but most of them just tended to get on his nerves more often than not. there are few that don't and he had yet to meet them. but, every once in a while, even someone as secluded as ryuumaru needed some company, other than his digimon. it was a nice day out, though, and they were currently headed towards what they heard was called telephone booth beach. when they got there, ryuu wasn't surprised in the slightest at the sight of telephone booths on the sandy beach. takako, as energetic as she was, had decided to rush forward in the sand, bouncing around before heading towards the water.
having grown fond of the digimon that tailed him, after all, spending nearly every waking and non-waking moment with them did seem to wear one's defenses down, ryuumaru called out, "oi, don't go drowning takako," to which, the paomon replied, "i won't go too deep taichou!" but she was drifting on the soft waves anyways. having no legs or arms, the small digimon floated on the surface, using her ears to paddle back whenever she got too far out. both ryuumaru and raiden couldn't help but wonder how long it would take for her to get tired. both digimon and partner noticed the other digimon that seemed to be playing on the shores of the beach - one was swimming, the other was by the shore, at least. takako, noticed too and began to paddle her way over. it was difficult as her ears weren't all that long in the first place, but she got it. raiden, remained by his tamer, not even bothering to swim. the slime digimon had nothing to help him unlike his sister, who at least had her ears.
"hello~oh!" takako managed to be dunked underwater, for only a moment before resurfacing. the paomon blinked and sputtered, trying to stay afloat while trying to get water out of her mouth. "i'm takako! who are you?" really, she just wanted to talk to someone who a) wasn't her brother and b) would actually talk back. she loved her taichou, but he was not the most talkative of humans. | ► grayson ► hope you don't mind my joining. |

(No problem. I had almost completely forgotten about this one.)
Cal and Lyra continued flinging insults at each other until the former heard a small voice pipe up beside him. The Gazimon blinked a few times before turning in the direction of the noise. He was startled as a paomon popped out of the water and introduced herself as Takako. "Didn't anybody ever tell you not to sneak up on people kid?" Cal asked gruffly, earning himself a smack in the back of the head from one of Lyra's vines.
"Please ignore the rude idiot. He's just grouchy because he has sand in his fur." She said with a smirk in the mammalian digimon's direction. She ignored the scowl he fired back as she smiled at Takako. "I'm Lyra, it's nice to meet you." She said pleasantly. The palmon always had a weakness when it came to children, and unlike Cal, she was much more pleasant company. "You should be careful in the water, there are some pretty dangerous digimon in there. Like I was just telling Cal here, you'd be better off on the shore." She explained.
Meanwhile, Gray had taken notice of the baby digimon currently speaking with his partners. And when a digimon that young was out of primary village, it usually meant one thing. He looked down the beach and sure enough, he could see a tamer standing there. He had intended to spend the day alone with his partners, but ah well, a little company couldn't hurt. He didn't get up to greet the tamer or his digimon however, electing to wait until they came to him. He just hoped they wouldn't try to start a fight or anything. He was sure his digimon could handle themselves if necessary, but he really wasn't in the mood for that. He was probably just being paranoid anyway, he highly doubted there was anyone in the digital world who would pick a fight just for the sake of picking a fight (aside from a certain sociopath he knew). So he just continued to lay on the sand, watching his partners and waiting to see if the tamer would come to greet them.

now the dark is taking over unlike her tamer, who she adored more than anyone in both worlds, takako was talkative and social and friendly. most of the time. raiden would be the first to admit that his sister did have quite the jealous and possessive streak in her, especially when it came down to their digidestined's attention. however, the paomon just wanted someone to talk to; obviously her tamer liked the silence and raiden was, well, raiden. her brother was as annoying as any brother could be. she puffed up slightly, dark eyes glancing from the gazimon to the palmon on shore, "but i didn't sneak up on you," she argued. it wasn't her fault if he decided not to pay attention! "hi lyra! your friend reminds me of my brother, he's always grumpy." nevermind raiden really wasn't grumpy, per say. but this was takako speaking, and she thought her brother was grumpy. "really?! what kind of digimon? i bet taichou will help take care of it" beside the fact that she was supposed to take care of him.
raiden and ryuumaru, on the other hand, sat in silence, watching the paomon make her way over to the other two digimon they had seen. a glance around told them that there was another digidestined nearby, sitting beside an egg. the zurumon narrowed his eyes in his sister's direction, as if having a sixth sense of when she spoke of him. he didn't think the boy would cause trouble - not with a digiegg around. then again, the other two were higher levels than his own digimon, both of whom were still in their baby levels. knowing, with his digimon in their current state, that it would be better to be with others of a higher level, the sandy blonde teen stood up, and made his way over, the yellow slime digimon following silently as he realized his tamer was going elsewhere. takako floated near the surface, attempting to paddle with her ears once more, "the water is cool and nice and fun! raiden won't swim with me though, and taichou doesn't want to swim either. but you'll play with me, right lyra?" if the palmon would play with her, maybe, just maybe she might consider sharing just a few minutes of her taichou's time with lyra.
"i apologize for the interruption, but it would be safe to say that those are your digimon, by the water?" ryuumaru stated, as he neared the other boy. he didn't seem like much, should it come down to an altercation, but he couldn't say about the digimon. as much as he enjoyed fighting, he'd much rather not deal with it now. it was easier, this way. at least, until raiden and takako got stronger. | ► grayson ► |

Cal rolled his eyes when the paomon said that she didn't sneak up on him. "The fact that I jumped says otherwise. Now why don't you just run along?" He said. Lyra smacked him again. "Ouch! What was that one for?" He asked, rubbing the back of his head. He was beginning to get tired of Lyra smacking him every time he said somethings he didn't like.
Lyra shrugged. "In part because you wee being a rude idiot again, and also it's pretty fun hitting you. I love that hollow sound your skull makes." She said, grinning devilishly, beofre looking back at Takako. "Mostly seadramon, and I'd doubt your friend could handle them on his own. But if one shows up me and Cal could probably deal with it, unless it catches a certain gazimon off guard while he's picking on a toddler." She said, glaring at Cal. "Anyway, i'd love to play with you, but I will have to stay on the shore. Salt water isn't good for plant digimon, you see, plus I need to keep an eye on the grouch." She said with a smile, hoping that would be enough of an explanation for the baby digimon.
Gray looked over and saw the tamer and what looked like another baby digimon walked over. He sat up as the two of them approached, and asked him if Cal and Lyra were his partners. "Yeah, Cal and Lyra are with me." He said, assuming he wanted to make sure his considerably vulnerable digimon was safe. The guy had absolutely nothing to fear from Lyra or Cal, though it might not seem that way with the latter. "I'm Gray by the way." He said, figuring he should introduce himself.

now the dark is taking over takako huffed, dark eyes glaring, the best she could as she tried to stay afloat, at the gazimon. "well, maybe you shouldn't be so jumpy, mr. grumpy-pants!" she retorted with a cheeky tone. really, he did remind her of raiden so much; both were annoyingly grumpy. when he told her to go away, she puffed up in anger. how rude! having spent her short life in the company of raiden, takako did the only thing she could think of: she took some water into her mouth and shot it out at gazimon, the grumpy. she struggled, however, to make her way out of the water, but managed to do well enough and hid behind lyra - who was decidedly her favorite. peeking out from behind the palmon, the baby digimon stuck her tongue out at cal, complete with the 'nya'. stupid, grumpy digimon.
on shore, emerald eyes watched his digimon's childish antics and ryuumaru couldn't help but roll his eyes. of course, takako was social and childish. apparently, takako did not like the gazimon for one reason or another. the paomon glanced at the plant digimon for a moment, before splashing alongside the shore, still playing in the water but close enough to the shore to hide behind the palmon, whether from the gazimon or a seadramon. adamantly, she shook her head, "taichou can do anything because he is my taichou!" the fondness and adoration in her tone as she spoke of her tamer could not be missed by anyone. when lyra agreed to play with her, takako heard nothing else, having been bouncing in circles around the palmon, laughing cheerfully as she finally found someone to play with her! "let's make a sand castle!" she rolled when she lost her balance, but hopped up almost right away, as if she hadn't just fallen.
raiden snickered as he saw his sister fall over seemingly nothing; the first sound he's made since they've gotten near the beach. ryuumaru gave a nod, before introducing himself. "ryuumaru. pleasure." he glanced towards the three digimon, noting takako had seemed to take a liking to the palmon. odd, he hadn't thought his paomon liked other females, but then, he was not there with her so maybe her jealousy streak could be broken. "you don't mind if i sit here, do you?" he asked, motioning to the seat near the other boy - gray, he reminded himself. the zurumon looked up at gray with his red eyes, "and i am raiden." he introduced himself, as late as it was. | ► grayson ► hope this is okay~ |

Cal rolled his eyes again at Takako's childish comment, the sputtered as she did to him exactly what she had been trying to do to Lyra. "Why you little fuzzball!" He said as he watched her hide behind Lyra and stick her tongue out at him.
Lyra smirked. She was beginning to like this girl. "Lighten up Cal, you weren't so grouchy when you spat water at me." She threw his words back at him, just as cheekily as her new little friend. Anybody who could get under the Gazimon's skin was okay with her. She smiled warmly when the Paomon talked about her friend Taichou again. It was so cute how kids could rely on someone so much that they became immortal in their eyes. She nodded when she asked if tehy could make a sandcastle. "Okay, you go find somewhere to make it, somewhere with a lot of wet sand, but not too close the the ocean." She said, then noticed that Cal had gotten some saltwater in his mouth and had taken aim at Takako. Lyra gave him a glare that clearly meant, Do it and die. Cal pat the water out, crossing his arms with a humph. Kids were obviously not his forte. Lyra rolled her eyes and then noticed the Tamer standing beside Gray. "Hey Takako, is that your Tamer?" She asked. Though she assumed as much, she had to make sure.
Gray gave the guy a smile as he introduced himself as Ryuumaru. so far he didn't seem like a bad guy, if a little quiet. "Go ahead." Gray said when he asked to sit beside him. He looked back over at his partners and saw that they still seemed to be going at it, despite, or perhaps because of, the smaller digimon's presence. Once again he looked at Jin's egg, and chuckled a bit to himself. If Jin were here, he'd be breaking up the conflict within two seconds flat. How the Kudamon had managed to always do that without having to speak more than one sentence, Gray would never know. He looked back over and nodded at the other digimon, who had finally introduced himself as Raiden.

now the dark is taking over "hey! i am not a fuzzball, you - you, you overgrown meanie!" okay, it wasn't the best insult in the world, but hey, some things were just reserved for her brother; as similarly grouchy as cal and raiden may be. dark eyes glared at the gazimon as she puffed up in irritation. having the palmon agree to making a sandcastle with her had the baby level digimon forgetting about being mad at cal, the grump. the paomon remained completely oblivious to the fact cal would've gotten even if it weren't for lyra's glare. ah well, lyra was still her favorite anyways, though she didn't like cal, but he was just grumpy. takako would bet that her brother would probably get along with the gazimon...or they'd clash horribly. either way.
she began to hop about, trying to find a place where lyra would still play with her, since she didn't like saltwater. once she found it, takako began to bounce excitedly, calling her new friend over like only a child could. "i found it! right...here!" she jumped in circles around the spot, as she was prone to do. sandcastle time, yay! blinking, takako looked confused for a moment before realizing her tamer had moved places, glancing in the same direction as lyra. she hummed in affirmation. "un! that is my taichou!" and yes, she could be persuaded to share a few minutes of her taichou's time with lyra. "is that your taichou, with him?" she asked, curious. takako then began to gather sand into a little pile in front of her with her ears, eyes narrowed in concentration. alright, time to build a sandcastle!
ryuumaru sat with a quiet, "arigatou," in thanks. emerald eyes watched as one half of his digimon partners began to gather sand. he suspected she planned to make a sandcastle. he noted the conflict between the two digimon, but didn't know if it was a common thing with them, or if takako was causing trouble. knowing his digimon weren't in the right state to fight, ryuumaru decided to apologize for it, if it was takako's fault. "ah, do they argue often?" he asked, just to clarify. raiden decided to expand on it, knowing his sister, "taichou wants to apologize for takako, if she's causing trouble between your digimon." | ► grayson ► :3 |

Cal just raised n eyebrow when Takako called him an "overgrown meanie". Not exactly the worst insult he had ever heard, but it was a kid. Cal just shrugged and went back to swimming deciding to ignore the paomon and Lyra for the moment.
Lyra smiled as she watched Takako bustle around looking for the perfect spot to make a sand castle. She was almost certain she had never acted like that when she was little. In fact, she distinctly remembered Sunflowmon telling her that she needed to have fun more often, back when she was in primary village. Well, now she would, along with her new little friend. Lyra smiled when she started bouncing around the spot that she wanted to make the sandcastle in. "That looks perfect." She said. She nodded when Takako told her that the man with Gray was her tamer. "Yeah, that's Gray." She said when Takako asked if Gray was her tamer. "So how big do you want it to be?" She asked as she sat down in the sand beside the paomon, the smile never leaving her face.
Gray laughed when Ryuumaru asked him if his partners argued often. "That's the understatement of the year. I've had to literally keep them from killing each other a few times." He said, shaking his head as he watched his partners. "Of course, my other partner Jin helped me, but he's. . . out of commission, at the moment." Gray said, nodding his head towards Jin's egg. It had been some time since his defeat, it wouldn't be long before the Kudamon returned, and Gray would have his little family back together. Gray laughed again when Raiden asked if Takako was causing them to fight. "Trust me, they'd be at each other's throats with or without her." He said with a smile.

now the dark is taking over takako blinked, dark gaze going from lyra to gray, then back to the palmon. her eyes wide with something akin to awe, "he's named after a color?!" and he would be the first, and maybe only, human takako had met that was named after a color. still, her taichou's name was much better, in her (biased) opinion. the paomon thought about it for a moment; how big did she want the sandcastle to be? hmmm..."let's make it a big awesome castle! where there are no grouches allowed!" she was mainly speaking of her brother, as her gaze landed on the zurumon that remained by their tamer's side the entire time they where at the beach. said digimon glanced over with his deep red eyes, narrowed in suspicion as takako merely grinned cheekily at him. humph, sure, she was the eldest of the two. yeah right.
ryuumaru, meanwhile, merely chuckled when gray said it was a big understatement. he knew how that felt, having been traveling with the twins, with or without his expressed consent. in the beginning, they just kept following him around, no matter how many times he lost them, they would always find him. eventually, he decided to just let them tag along, it was easier that way. then, somehow, he grew fond of the baby level digimon, much to their immense joy. still, one reason why he hadn't liked them at first was their constant bickering with each other. "i know the feeling, the twins argue at least three times a day. and that's on a good day." raiden turned his attention back to his taichou and the other tamer; blinking with a slightly sheepish expression. it was true. "i'm sorry to hear that," ryuu stated; while he didn't care often, he turned out to be protective of those he did care for. thinking of takako or raiden as an egg was, well, unsettling to say the least. "he'll probably hatch soon. us digimon don't take too long to recuperate." and it was slightly true, especially in comparison to humans, who took forever to heal from an injury.
ryuu just shook his head slightly in amusement when gray mentioned they'd be fighting with or without takako there. if they were, his paomon would certainly be picking a side, she had never really been a 'peacemaker', especially with the arguing she did with raiden. in the least, it'd be amusing to watch. | ► grayson ► :3 |

(Lol, "He's named after a [i[color[/i[?" I can't stop laughing about that, i don't know why.)
Lyra couldn't help but laugh out loud when the Paomon asked if Gray was named after a color. "No, it's short for Grayson, but he really hates that name, so he likes people call him Gray." She said, still laughing. There was just something funny in the way she said it, and she just couldn't keep herself from cracking up. When Takako said that she wanted it to be "no grouches allowed", she followed the baby digimon's gaze to the zuromon. She assumed that was the brother she had mentioned earlier. "Sure, but we'll have to make sure they have a big moat to keep all the grouches out." She said, looking over at her grouch as she said it. He just glared at her and went back to swimming. Lyra smirked and started digging a small rut in the sand to act as a moat.
Gray laughed a but when Ryuumaru said that he went through the same thing with his partners. Siblings did have a habit f fighting, though gray doubted that one of them had ever tried strangling the other. He shrugged when the other boy said he was sorry to hear that Jin was an egg. "It happened a while ago, the pain's kind of numbed at this point. Now I just want him back." Gray said honestly. He listened as Raiden said digimon didn't take long to come back. "I know, but his data was a little to- messed up, so I was told it would take a little longer than usual." He explained. He had almost said "torn up" but that was a little to close to what had actually happened. No need to give all the details to a perfect stranger.
(also, sorry it's a bit short)

now the dark is taking over maybe it was a bit disappointing that he was not named after a color; it would've been so cool! still, takako decided he was named gray, and that it was not just a nickname. she agreed with lyra's tamer on that point: gray was a much better name. "i like the name gray better." obviously. the paomon nodded, giggling when she saw cal glaring at lyra as he continued to swim around. he was a grouch too - she almost forgot! "uh huh! and, and we should have a seadramon in it to eat them if they try to get across!" she exclaimed as she put a piece of seaweed into the to-be moat; to act as a seadramon. of course, she'd never feed her brother to a seadramon, but hey, she could wish. especially when said brother was being a butt and not playing with her. stupid grumpy-pants. the baby level digimon paused in her gathering of the sand, looking at it critically before announcing, "we need more water!" then abruptly turning towards the nearby sea to splash in the water like she had done previously. with her, now dirtied, white fur soaking wet, the paomon made her way back, leaving drops (and circles) of water everywhere.
ryuumaru nodded when gray mentioned about it happening a while ago. sometimes, it just took time to get used to something; like say, raiden and takako. the sandy blonde haired boy said nothing to gray about his slip up; with the way he said it, it wasn't as if it weren't obvious. it was lucky he wasn't the type to pry, or care, really. it wasn't the the zurumon, glanced from the egg back to the other human. call it digimon's intuition, but jin, was it?, would hatch soon. he knew it. maybe it was because he was still a baby level and would probably have been in primary village now if it weren't the his taichou's appearance in the digi-world. he knew the baby digimon always liked to welcome new digimon to play with; gathering around a nearly hatched egg in anticipation until one of the caretakers came. baby digimon just knew (to be) baby digimon. "he'll hatch soon, though. probably not today or tomorrow, but soon." the slime digimon stated, with an important nod of his head. yeah, he felt it would.
ryuu glanced at raiden with a raised eyebrow, to which the zurumon gave a sure nod. in his time with his digimon, baby level that they were, he learned much about digimon in general. one of the first things he learned: a digimon had strong instincts, especially when it came to other digimon. "not much you can do now but hope and wait." and it was true; it wasn't as if gray could force the digimon to hatch. | ► grayson ► no worries and sorry it's not my best. |

Lyra ndded in agreement when Takako said that she preferred Gray. Grayson just seemed a little too. . . stuffy, for someone like Gray. She couldn't imagine someone calling him that daily. "I prefer Gray too." She said as she worked on the moat. She laughed as paomon tossed the seaweed seadramon into the moat-to-be, and watched as she ran off towards the ocean to try and pick up water for the moat. Predictably, this didn't go well. Lyra laughed and got up. "Here let me- oh." She said, looking down at her hands. not exactly the best for carrying water. "Suddenly, I wish I brought a bucket." She said, trying to think of a way this could work. Finally she sighed and looked at Cal. "Mind helping us here?" She asked, gesturing towards the moat.
Cal just grinned devilishly. "No grouches allowed, remember? By order of queen Crabgrass." He said, before floating on his back, a smug look on his face.
Gray glanced over at Jin's digiegg when Raiden said he would hatch soon. Well, a digimon would know better than him. "I hope you're right." He said simply He wanted the level-headed part of his team back, he was tired of diffusing the time bomb that was Lyra and Cal. Gray nodded in agreement with Ryuumaru. "Yeah, just have to hope and wait." He said. The only problem was, he was very tired of waiting.

now the dark is taking over gathering water when she was just a paomon proved to be much more difficult than expected. lyra seemed to have the same problem as well, and takako couldn't help but pout, eyes going wide with disappointment. without a moat and their seaweed seadramon, what would protect their castle?! big, dark eyes turned towards cal, a hopeful look in them as the palmon asked her grumpy friend to help. her ears drooped with disappointment, now how were they going to get some water for their moat? raiden wouldn't be any help, for one, he was grumpy like cal, but he was also a zurumon. the slime digimon had nothing to carry water in. takako didn't want to bother her taichou, who didn't want to swim in the first place. however, her disappointment was momentarily forgotten when she registered cal's words. "lyra-san, lyra-san?" the paomon bounced her way over to the plant digimon, curious eyes gazing up to her, after glancing at cal. "who's queen crabgrass?" of course, had she been paying attention like raiden usually did, maybe she would've realized it was cal's way of bother her new friend. but, this was not raiden, this was takako and so it really couldn't be all too surprising. "does she not like cal? is that why he's grumpy?"
"i am right." raiden stated in his 'as-a-matter-of-fact' tone. he knew the digiegg would hatch soon, he could feel it. in the nursery, the other baby digimon would probably play nearby, just waiting for it to hatch at this point. so, yes, he was sure. red eyes turned from the digiegg to gray, before the zurumon turned to watch his sister play with gray's other digimon. the gazimon was still swimming, but takako had somehow managed to get the palmon to build a sandcastle with her. how she did so without annoying the plant digimon, raiden would never know. ryuumaru couldn't help but give a slight sigh and roll his eyes at raiden's tact, or rather, lack of. of course gray would hope jin, was it?, would hatch soon, it was his partner after all. "sorry about him, he's rather...blunt." he apologized, since the zurumon didn't look at all abashed or anything.
to change the subject, as he guessed it may have made gray uncomfortable and right now, ryuumaru had to have some tact when it came to socializing. who knows, maybe gray would end up helping him later on; it was all about networking right now, since raiden and takako could barely take care of themselves as is, let alone in a fight. "so, what brought you to the beach?" it was a nice day out to be at the beach, so he couldn't be too surprised to have run into another digidestined. however, it was mainly takako that had wanted to come; ryuu and raiden didn't really have a preference. | ► grayson ► sorry for the wait |

Lyra just rolled her eyes at Cal. "Crabgrass is just a stupid nickname he uses to annoy me." She said, sending another glare in Cal's direction. "I'm assuming the queen part has to do with the fact that we're making a castle." She crossed her arms and turned back towards Cal. "Her majesty has decided to allow you to get your furry butt out of the water and carry the water for our moat." She said to Cal in a mock regal tone.
"That'll happen when boarmon fly." He said, not even looking at her.
Lyra smirked and looked down a Takako. "How about when Gazimon fly?" She whispered to the paomon with a wink, and then used her poison ivy attack to grab Cal out of the water and throw him onto the shore before he even had time to react. He landed face first in the sand. "You want to help out now, or do I have to fling you around again?" She asked as Cal struggled to pull his head out of the sand, yelling muffled obscenities all the while.
"What the hell are they doing?" Gray asked when he saw Cal go sailing, then just shook his head. "Why do I even ask anymore?" He mumbled to himself. Gray looked over at Ruumaru as he apologized for Raiden's bluntness. "No problem." He said with a smile. When Ryuumaru asked what brought him to the beach, gray looked over at the castle, which was clearly visible from this spot. "I've always liked the beach, and since I recently moved to some beachfront property, I figured it would be a shame to let it go to waste." He said with a shrug. "After the week I've had, I figured I deserved a day of relaxation. Plus i might be able to get a few good shots in while I'm here." He added, holding up his camera as he said the last part. The last time he had been here, he had been set up for what he felt had been the perfect shot, but a clumsy Gabumon had put the kibosh on that.
