The sound of footsteps echoed through the ancient castle. Two figures walk down a crumbling corridor although one is visibly shivering. "Ugh...I can't believe I let you talk me into exploring this cold and crummy place. You know I hate the cold." the shivering figure spoke, its voice very feminine yet strong. The other figure shrugged and also spoke, "It's cold in here? I feel fine. Are you sure you don't just have a cold?" The second figure had a rather sophisticated and masculine voice. The duo passed by a broken window and the moonlight was just enough to illuminate their faces. The shivering figure was a girl with long hair tied into pigtails with a bright blue color that matched her eyes and a pale complexion. The other figure was similar to a fluff-ball with pink skin. Large, bright red eyes looked around the area and then flickered their gaze to the girl. The girl was glaring at the puffball-like creature. "No, I do not have a cold. Rai, you're a Koromon. You're a part of the Dragon's Roar family, remember? I'm gonna be a lot more sensitive to the cold than you. Besides, have you not noticed me shivering for the past half hour we've been here?" the girl replied with a frown. Rai smiled at her sheepishly. "Right. My apologies, Kazuki. Sometimes I forget these things. It's not everyday you get partnered up with a human, you know. I'm more used to being around other Digimon, but sometimes they can be quite a pain. Especially if they are not as sophisticated as I." Kazuki just pet the Koromon's head to show all had been forgiven. The duo continued along the corridor until they came across a few doors. Kazuki cautiously approached one and put her ear to the door in case there was anything dangerous inside. After a few moments, she determined that the room was safe and began to open the door to investigate. Rai followed hastily after her.

His footsteps seemed to echo, causing an unsettling feeling in one of the baby level digimon following him. The little white Paomon glanced about, scurrying closer to her tamer at any chance she got - a sharp comparison to the almost eager feeling the yellow slime digimon beside her had. Ryuumaru himself felt not even a hint of unease as he continued through the seemingly abandoned castle. Takako, the Paomon, nearly bumped into her tamer's leg as he suddenly stopped, jade green eyes taking in all that was around him. "Tch, someone else is here too" he stated, tone bored as he tried to determine which direction the steps came from. Perhaps it would have been more accurate if he had said there where two others there as well, from the sounds of it.
Raiden, the Zurumon, looked up in interest, his deep red eyes turning towards a certain direction. Jade eyes took note of the direction Raiden's interest suddenly lay as Takako took advantage of her tamer's sudden stillness and hopped up to his shoulder. Ryuu wasn't a cruel tamer, but she knew he didn't do things like carry them in his arms. Not unless it was for an urgent purpose - like when they were hiding from champion level digimon, for example.
"It's this way. I know it." Raiden stated, moving forward even without an answer from his tamer. Still Ryuu said nothing before following his partner's steps. Takako huffed, a bit agitated at having to listen to her twin brother, but said nothing, not in any hurry to get kicked off her tamer's shoulder. Still, knowing neither Ryuumaru nor her brother were going to say anything to announce their presence - sometimes it really stunk being stuck with the two most silent people (an exaggeration, but still, point made) - the little Paomon spoke up. "Hello? Anyone here?"

Rai's ears suddenly perked up when he heard a few voices nearby. He immediately alerted Kazuki and the girl thought over her actions. "Do they sound friendly or not?" she asked him. "...Hmm, they sound rather kind. I do not sense any hostility in their tone, as well." The duo exited the room to search for the source of the voice calling out to them. "Present~!" Kazuki replied to the voice that had spoken. She looked around the area some more when she came across an older boy and two Digimon. One of the Digimon was yellow in color and seemed similar to organic 'goop' while the other looked akin to a small puppy but without legs. "Oh! Hi! Did you come out here to explore this creepy and cold castle, too?" She grinned at Ryuumaru and his partners. Rai hopped to his Tamer's side and watched these new faces carefully.

The abandoned castle on Infinity mountain, Adam and his trio of digimon had been here once before with a member of the guild named Gray and his digimon. Adam had decided that for a change of pace that he would bring his partners here for a bit of looking around. Adam was dressed in reletively warm clothes, cammo cargo pants, sneakers, a sleeveless black shirt and his hooded red trench coat with a big tree with a claw mark design on the back of it. Around his neck was his crest of friendship and on his right wrist was a leather band which held his dark green D-ark digivice. The trio walked through the castle, Terry the terriermon riding on Adam's right shoulder with an ear wrapped around his neck. Ace the wormmon road on the left shoulder while Koe the Koemon walked along side. Terry smiled happily as Adam's digivice began to go off.
"Guys! Other people are here! Let's find them!"
Adam then shot looks to both Koe and Ace to see if they seconded the Toddler digimons idea of going and finding the other occupants of the castle. The four ventured forth, searching hallways until they heard a bunch of voices. The four slowly walked into the room to find a young girl who had a koromon with her. Nearby them was a man looking to be close to Adam's age. On his shoulder sat a Paomon and by his side was a Zurumon. Adam walked up slowly gently waving at the group.
"Hello there, My names Adam Jackson. I'm the leader of the crimson claw guild in the eastern section of the digital world. These are my partners. The Koemon is called Koe, The Terriermon is called Terry and the wormmon is called Ace."
Koe then gave a small wave to the group of people and digimon. Out of the three digimon, Koe was the one who talked the least preferring to let his actions speak to him.
"Nice to meet you all."
The next one to make a move was Terry who climbed up onto Adam's head leaning over so he could wave with both arms to the entire group before him.
"Hiya new friends! I'm terry!!"
Ace then just nodded from Adam's shoulder.
"How do you do?"
All three of the digimon were wearing a red piece of cloth to symbolize that they were with Adam. Koe had his tied around his right arm. Ace wore his around his neck and Terry had his wrapped around his horn. Adam looked around the room and noticed that the young girl was shivering. After having Terry and Ace hop down he slowly walked over to the girl while taking off his coat offering it to her.
"You look like you're really cold. You can wear my coat for awhile if you want I don't mind. I don't want anyone getting sick."
Adam then gave the girl and her koromon a warm smile as he held out his coat. Under the coat Adam's muscled showed, he had long but muscular arms and a muscular stomach from years of surviving in the digital world. He had a few scars on both arms from fights. He just kept his warm smile.
"So how long have you guys been in the digital world? I have been here going on 12 years. I first got here when I was five. Now I live in a big castle with my guild in the tropical forest. We go around helping and saving tamers and their digimon and even some wild digimon."
Terry smiled over at the young girls Koromon giving it a small wave.
"Hey! What's your name? Wanna be friends?"

While the most talkative of the trio, the Paomon couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed with the fact that it was a girl. A human girl who seemed far too friendly with her taichou for the possessive digimon's liking. Takako wasn't all too sure whether or not she wanted to give some of her taichou's time to the other tamer - after all, she only had a Koromon with her. Nothing special. Nevermind the fact that she, herself, was only a baby level while Koromon was a level higher. Still, despite her unnecessary jealousy, Takako much preferred friendly company rather than the unnerving silence from earlier. She loved her taichou, really, she did, but sometimes he was just too quiet for her own good. Still, dark eyes took in the other tamer's appearance, an almost thoughtful frown on her face before she grinned back, waving her magenta colored ear. "Hi! I think we're exploring, aren't we, taichou? We've just been walkin' around lots of places, really. Does that count as exploring?" because really, Takako never could tell what Ryuu's intentions really were, not as quickly as Raiden seemed to.
The Paomon then narrowed her eyes, before asking, almost randomly, "By the way, who're you?" Raiden rolled his eyes at his twin's bluntness but said nothing, as he was curious as well.
Ryuumaru, on the other hand, sighed almost inaudibly before pinching the bridge of his nose in was could have appeared to be frustration. "Takako," he softly chided the Paomon, before turning towards the girl once more. "I apologize on her behalf," the sandy blonde stated, jade eyes moving to the side as yet another figure approached - one human and three digimon. The newcomer, another male tamer, introduced himself as Adam Jackson, leader of something called the 'Crimson Claws' before Ryuumaru could add anything else.
Ryuu took notice of the rookie level digimon - a Terriermon, Koemon and Wormmon - before returning his gaze to the Koromon with the girl. Then he gave a shallow bow, as to not let Takako fall of his shoulder. "Ryuumaru," he began, a nod in Adam's direction, before giving a slight nod to the girl. "Pleasure." he finished as an introduction. This time, it was Takako's turn to roll her eyes. She loved her taichou but he was just so silent. "Taichou, that's not how you're supposed to greet people!" she exclaimed, before her dark gaze landed on the girl. Hopping off her tamer's shoulder, Takako hopped forward, a pleased smile on her expression.
"I'm Takako! It's nice to meet 'ya!" she then gestured to her quiet brother, whose red gaze focused mainly on the digimon rather than the tamers themselves. "And that slimemon is Raiden! He doesn't talk much because he's a grouch. Unlike taichou who just doesn't talk a lot." At this, Ryuumaru gave yet another silent sigh at his digimon partner, while the Zurumon glared at his sister before huffing and turning his attention away.

Kazuki blinked at the Paomon and smiled. "Oh, it's fine. I'm Kazuki Chuugi. It's real nice to meet ya." she said with a toothy grin. Rai continued to watch the Paomon and her friends. He did still have the manners to introduce himself, however. "I'm Rai, Kazuki's partner. It is a pleasure to meet you all." Kazuki heard Adam and turned her attention to him. "Ooh...leader of a guild, huh? Nice to meet ya." Kazuki said before taking the jacket with a grateful look. "Thanks." she said, putting the jacket on and already beginning to feel warmer. "I think I've been here for only a few days." Kazuki replied. She grinned at Adam and his partners. Rai looked at Terry and seemed to think it over before nodding. "I suppose that would be...nice. I'm Rai." he replied. Kazuki turned to back to Takako and grinned at her again. "Well, Raiden can talk when he feels up for it. No need to force him. I don't particularly mind." Kazuki then turned to Ryuumaru and Adam. "Since we've all introduced ourselves, why don't we explore the rest of this castle together? There'd be no point in exploring by ourselves and our partners." she suggested. Rai looked a little uncomfortable about that; he was very protective of Kazuki which was why he always tensed up around people and Digimon he had just met. Kazuki had a tendency to trust too easily so it was always up to Rai to make sure she didn't get mixed up with the wrong people and such.

Adam smiled when everyone introduced themselves and Kuzuki took his jacket and asked if they wanted to team up to explore. Adam looked at all three of his partners who nodded with smiles. Adam then looked at the other tamers digimon who were only up to in training or rookie level. Adam had been to the castle once before and ran into danger so he looked at the two tamers thoughtfully.
"I have been here once before with one of my guild members and his digimon partners. Last time we were here we ran into a devimon and some of his minions so I hope you guys don't mind but I'm going to have my partners digivolve to champion just in case. You ready guys?"
All three partners nodded as Adam's digivice began to glow a bright green color and all three digimon were swallowed in bright green orbs of energy as they began to digivolve.
"Koemon digivolve to!...Apemon!"
"Terriermon digivolve to!..Galgomon!"
"Wormon digivolve to!..Stingmon!"
When all three digimon were finished digivolving the three orbs broke revealing the three champion level digimon. Koe slung his giant bone over his back onto his holster and rested on his knuckles like a gorilla. Ace used his wings to lightly hover in the air next to Koe while Terry just stood with his arms crossed, his hands now looking like gatling guns. Adam just smiled proudly at his three partners then looked at the group.
"If we need them too, my partners can reach ultimate level and if things get really bad, we have the ability to biomerge which is like reaching mega. We only got to explore a little of the castle the first time. Right down the hall from here is the kitchen. Up on the second floor are some bedrooms, I'm not sure about the rest of the mansion. I suggest we all stick together but if you all really want to split up, one of my digimon should go with each of us. You guys can pick who goes with who though I would like Koe with me. I'm betting Terry wants to stick with Kazuki and Rai which means Ace is with you Ryuu. It's your call guys."
Terry then walked over to Kazuki and rai with a big smile.
"I bet I look cool! Do I look cool guys?"
Ace did a a small circle in the air and then did a stretch like he had just woken up.
"I forgot how good this felt! It's been ages since we digivolved! When you guys finally reach champion you will be amazed at how it feels."
Koe just happily jumped toward the 2nd floor banister with ease and swung from it using his feet.
"Let's explore! this is gonna be fun!"
Adam couldn't help but laugh at his partners reaction to the feeling of digivolving. They had done it plenty of times but they loved it every time. He then just looked at the group.
"Who wants to take the lead?"

At Kazuki's suggestion, Takako almost immediately agreed to the idea. At least this way she'd have some others to talk to when her brother and taichou were being all silent as they usually were. "Yeah! Can we taichou, please?" the baby level turned her dark eyes to the sandy blonde, a pleading expression on her face. Ryuumaru sighed, before rolling his eyes at his partner's antics. Sometimes he wondered how in the world he dealt with the two of them. "Tch. Alright." Ryuu agreed, though he didn't particularly care himself - alone or not, he'd still be wandering around the castle anyways - before stuffing his hands in his pockets and adapting to his usual aloof stance. Raiden, however, narrowed his eyes at the three digimon and the boy - Adam - before turning his deep red eyes away. The Zurumon couldn't say he liked what they implied - that he wouldn't be able to protect his taichou - and he was always the aggressive one.
If he weren't so outmatched by the three champions, he would most certainly take them on. But as it was, he was still only in his fresh form. "Thanks but no thanks. We don't need a babysitter." the slime digimon all but growled. Ryuumaru sighed once more, nudging the Zurumon with his foot in warning as Takako's eyes kept flickering between Adam and his three digimon to her brother. Oh no, a fight most certainly wouldn't do. Raiden, however, seemed to ignore the warning nudge from his taichou and spoke once more, "We can protect taichou on our own, without your help. So why don't you just sta-"
"Raiden," the nineteen year old finally stated, interrupting whatever it was the Zurumon had been about to say. As the digimon reluctantly turned away, swallowing whatever words he had left to say, Ryuumaru turned towards Adam and gave an apologetic bow. "I apologize for his behavior. He's...a proud one." And it was true, both Raiden and Takako were proud digimon - Raiden especially considering his aggressive nature. "Besides, we're gonna be goin' with them, so you better get used to it, little brother." Takako couldn't help but taunt, to which Raiden turned his glares on her. Another nudge from his taichou and the fresh level reluctantly turned towards the champion digimon and Adam.
"Sorry," he muttered in apology though they all probably knew it wasn't a real apology. Ryuu sighed, though, knowing it would be the best Raiden would give. So, he turned the attention away from the yellow digimon, "Kazuki-san, would you like to lead?" he asked the blue haired teen with a friendly, albeit small, smile.

Kazuki and Rai gaped as the three little Digimon digivolved right before their eyes. "I didn't know your partners could digivolve so far! Rai hasn't even digivolved past his In-Training form." Kazuki said, watching as Adam's partners changed shape. Rai looked a little peeved at hearing Kazuki's comment. She had said it in a way that made Rai think she thought he was useless currently.
"Kazuki...! I only need some time before I digivolve. It shall happen when the time comes." Rai replied. The little Koromon turned away from Kazuki; obviously pouting. The girl just sighed at her partner's antics before trying to convince him that she didn't mean it that way. Of course, it failed, so Kazuki decided to just let time heal this 'wound'. Rai ignored Kazuki and headed over to Terry. "Yes, you do look rather 'cool'. In fact, you look very gallant." he said to the Gargomon.
Kazuki looked at Terry and nodded in reply to his question. She turned back to Ryuumaru and thought about his question. "I guess I could lead...but no splitting up. Why don't we just stick together as one group? We can split up in a small area if we want to investigate a room but not throughout the castle. I can just be at the front, leading us through the castle as Ryuumaru suggested. I can detect danger from pretty far away, so don't worry about me getting hurt." Kazuki said. It wouldn't be difficult for Kazuki to detect any danger; she had rather sensitive hearing as long as she focused. If she was busy doing something, Rai would warn her instead.

Adam couldn't help but smile at Kazuki's amazement at his three partners going champion. After they had practiced it for awhile it had just become second nature. Adam smiled as Terry beamed at the compliment but frowned when Rai got upset at Kazuki and just sighed.
"Guys, don't fight or feel bad. It took Koe years to even reach rookie. He finally managed it when we had to save a close friend of ours. The step to rookie is always one of the hardest because once you reach rookie it becomes your default form. Rai is building up his energy to make the jump."
Adam then gave Rai a quick thumbs up hoping what he said would make him feel more useful. He then looked at Kazuki and nodded in agreement when she said not to split up.
"I can agree with that and if something goes down my crew can handle the fighting no problem right guys?"
Terry just smiled and nodded as Koe and Ace gave thumbs up full of confidence to show that they had the work under control. Adam then looked at Ryuu and his digimon and then Kazuki and rai.
"My gang and I can pull up the rear if you guys want since my digimon are bigger. Plus we won't be able to be taken from behind."
Koe then nodded and looked down at Kazuki and Ryuu with a big fang filled smile.
"If anything attacks, Ace and I can scoop you guys up and get you to safety while Terry holds off what ever is coming until we can join him."
Ace then nodded while floating next to Adam with his arms crossed.
"If we really need to, we can go ultimate. We don't have that much practice going that far but I'm sure we can do it."
Terry then nodded in agreement with his two friends.
"And if things get really super bad, Adam can biomerge with one of us so he can help in the fight."
Adam smiled a proud smile at his three partners and then gave the entire group a confident gaze.
"We can handle anything you throw at us, so lead on Kazuki."

the little paomon looked a bit put out at kazuki's words as well. after all, she had been with taichou longer than rai had been with kazuki and even rai was a higher level than both her and her twin brother. they were still only baby levels right now, even though she knew they had the power to digivolve, the twins just didn't seem to yet. "it's alright rai, you're still a higher level than us!" while she felt a bit put out, it didn't seem to deter takako from trying to make the in-training feel better. ryuumaru thought that maybe raiden would have been raising an eyebrow at his twin had he actually had eyebrows. then, takako grinned, "at least this way, you're still small enough to be carried. most rookies are too big." it was all said as she sat upon her taichou's shoulder, proud at the fact that she could still do so. the fresh level digimon had a feeling that it would change once she digivolved into a rookie.
raiden, staying right by his taichou's feet, merely humph-ed and turned his red gaze away from the three champions. jealousy and irritation burning right through him. but he knew that his taichou didn't come all this way for a fight, at least, not right now as they were vastly out numbered, and so held his tongue as best he could. especially after the warning glance from his taichou's emerald eyes. so, the zurumon just kept quite as he usually did. what was it takako always said - something about not saying anything nice and not speaking at all. satisfied with raiden was going to behave, ryuumaru returned his emerald gaze towards the younger tamers. admittedly, it bothered him some that a tamer younger than him had more powerful digimon, but still, ryuumaru gave no indication whatsoever about his emotions, as per usual. "tch, alright." he nodded his assent to kazuki's statement. not splitting up or not sticking together, once again, he didn't particularly care.
with an inaudible sigh, the sandy blonde gave a nod in agreement to adam's plan, despite the fact that raiden obviously didn't agree with it. takako didn't particularly care either way - she just wanted someone to talk to. "you've travelled a lot with others before, i take it?" he asked the other tamer, emerald eyes narrowed slightly, as if in thought. "thank you for the offer, but there is no need," he spoke to koe as the digimon offered to get him and kazuki to safety should they be attacked. he thrived on fights, on danger. "you and ace, was it?, just worry about your tamer and kazuki-san. i'll be fine." and before raiden could even interject once more in a burst of anger, as the aggressive digimon was prone to do, ryuu strategically placed his foot in front of the zurumon, basically blocking the yellow slime digimon from the three champions.
and takako, the only female and the one who brought life to their rather silent trio, decided to brighten up the aura a little bit. "ne, ne, ka-zu-ki-chan~" she practically sang, hopping off her taichou's shoulder and towards the only other female around, "what's yer favorite color? is it blue, like your hair?" it occurred to her earlier, but she just didn't ask until now. and while she typically didn't like other females near her taichou, takako decided this was an exception.

Kazuki looked at Rai in hopes that what Takako and Adam said had cheered him up a little, but the Koromon was still upset. "I suppose that still being small enough to carry is a good thing...I do get tired of hopping around so often. In fact, Kazuki, carry me now, please." Rai said. Kazuki sighed but complied and carried her little friend in her arms. "You're lucky I feel bad for making you feel bad right now. Otherwise, I'd just make you hop. You're always making me carry you." she told Rai with a stern voice. The Koromon just humphed at her comment and proceeded to ignore her. Kazuki sighed and continued onward before stopping at a closed room.
"Adam, I think I'll be fine on my own, so focus on keeping the back of us safe. If I need help, I'll call for ya." Kazuki replied. She then heard Takako call out her name and looked at the little Paomon. "Oh, my favorite color? Yeah; cyan blue is my favorite color. It makes me feel really energetic." Kazuki answered the small pup-like Digimon's question with a wide smile. She grabbed the doorknob and opened the door, entering the room cautiously. "Hey...look! This room seems to be a library." She looked around the area and found that there were a few chairs in the room and bookshelves lined the walls. There were thousands of books in the room and Kazuki saw this as a golden opportunity to gather more information.

Adam just nodded pointing at his three champion digimon pull up the rear of the group. Adam himself made his way up to the two other tamers as they entered the library. Adam looked around for a moment after motioning for his three digimon to stay at the doorway. Adam never did have enough patience to read a big book cover to cover. As he heard Kazuki talk about her favorite color Adam looked down at the Paomon.
"If the coat didn't give it away, I go for red myself, eather that or dark green. When I first started my guild, my original second in command named Adrian gave me this coat as a symbol of leadership. I've had it ever..."
Adam cut himself off mid sentence when something caught his eye. Between two book shelves in the back of the room hung a massive old looking painting. On this painting were the 12 royal knight digimon of legend. Adam let out a small whistle to get the two human tamers attention.
"If you like knowledge, I have some for you. This painting is of the 12 royal knight digimon of legend. See, every digivolution that we are able to have our digimon do stems from an original. These are the original 12 who protected the digital world back in it's early days. Their names were Alphamon, Omnimon, Craniummon, Gallentmon,Magnamon,Dynasmon,Lord Knightmon,Ultraforce V-dramon,Sleipmon,Leapordmon,Examon and Gankoomon. They were founded by Imperialdramon Paladin mode. They came second only to the four soverign, the four gods of the digital world."
Adam then blushed realizing that he had gone off on a rant. He looked at the others red faced.
"Sorry about that, I've lived in the digital world going on 11 years, you learn a couple things. You have to to survive."
Adam smiled gently walking outside the room to stand by his three digimon. Koe scratched his head boredly.
"I wonder what else this castle has. I hope it's not just books."
Terry yawned tiredly and shrugged at Koe.
"I don't know but I hope so."
Ace nodded
"Seconded"

Kazuki already had her nose deep in a book and was concentrated on the words when Adam was speaking about his favorite color. Rai rolled his eyes and looked to Adam.
"Many apologies about Kazuki. Once she finds an opportunity to learn about the Digital World, she immediately goes to take it." he said, apologizing to Adam. He was trying to get Kazuki's attention by poking at her cheek with one of his 'antennae' but the girl merely pushed it away and continued to read.
He made a shrugging gesture with his antennae. "I tried to get her attention. I'm afraid we'll have to wait until she is finished with the book she is holding." Rai told the others. When Adam began to talk about the Royal Knights, Rai's eyes sparkled.
"The Royal Knights?! They are my heroes! I long for the day to be just as they are. Perhaps I'll even get knighted!" Rai shouted excitedly. He was bouncing up and down on Kazuki's head though she didn't seem to notice.

takako nodded, listening fiercely as kazuki spoke to her, dark eyes focused on the blue haired girl. though she'd rather not have females around her taichou, takako couldn't dismiss the need to socialize - something her taichou severely lacked in. raiden too, for that matter. so, it would make sense that the paomon had attached herself to someone who would end up talking with her, if only for the limited time they'd be spending in the castle. "it's a pretty color!" she stated in all her childness, as her eyes took in the color of kazuki's hair once more. cyan blue, she'd have to remember that for later. dark eyes widened as they took in the vast amount of books in said library, following after kazuki but maintaining a certain distance away from her taichou.
the paomon looked up, ears flapping slightly at she did so when adam joined in the conversation. red or dark green. the baby level didn't have the self control not to giggle at that, grinning up at the other tamer. "that's like christmas!" raiden huffed at his sister's antics before returning his attention to the books. he had no hands to hold them with and he wasn't sure if he'd find anything interesting anyways - the zurumon was always more of a physical being than anything else. though, he couldn't say the same for his taichou, who had already wandered along one of the walls, emerald eyes taking in the different titles with varying degrees of interest. and while he heard adam's story, the teen hadn't paused in his perusal of the books, multitasking. he quirked an eyebrow though, when the other tamer mentioned living in the digital world. ryuu filed that knowledge away for later.
"kazuki-chan's like taichou! when he's focused you can't get him out of it!" takako stated, her slightly high pitched voice in disbelief at their ability to be so engrossed in something that the rest of the world just seemed to fade away. raiden, quiet as ever, couldn't help but roll his eyes at his twin, though he kept his mouth shut. his taichou was never one for company and adding their arguing on top of it wouldn't help, at all.
emerald eyes skimmed along a book, as he flipped through the pages as if looking for something specific. ryuumaru wasn't exactly a scholar but it couldn't be said he was unintelligent. with a snap of his hand, the digidestined shut the book with a 'thud' before returning it to the shelves. "would you like to continue through the castle or stay here a little longer?" he asked the other two because, as with most things, he didn't really care. so long as they were getting something done, ryuumaru had no preference as to what they would do. "oh, oh! let's see if they have food! can we taichou?" takako almost immediately suggested, eyes glittering in excitement. she was a but hungry, after all.
