Mat and Chris, along with their new partners Light and Dark, were making very little progress finding their way back to the human world. "There has to be a sort of pathway somewhere," Chris said to Light as they walked. "no one really knows how to get to the human world" Light said in response, "If it wasn't for digidestined like you then we would still consider the human world to be a legend." This baffled Chris, how could the physical world be considered a mere legend
"Whoa!" Mat called out as they stepped out of the jungle and onto a the beach, "It's the ocean!" "The ocean the ocean!" Dark mimicked his new partner enthusiastically. "And look, pay-phones. Maybe we can call home."

Of all the strange things that she had seen in this new world Michelle had to say that where she was right now was the strangest that she had ever seen. A beach littered with telephone booths that looked like they came from the early 90s or something like that, she had scoffed when she saw it for the first time and wondered if this was the level of technology that these people had in this world. If so then there would be no problem in defeated them if the need for war occurred…that is unless they use more of those monsters.
She picked up a telephone and attempted to call back to a random place, a pizzeria in this case, as the voice was so funny that she couldn’t help but chuckle. ”Interesting,” she said as she continued to walk along the path of the beach with Tron trailing behind her as it bounced away on the sand. |

"What do you mean you don't remember the number?!" Chris shouted, taken aback by his brothers stupidity. Having been in the process of relocating to their grandparents in the country side, Chris had yet to be told the new phone number. Mat on the other hand, had been told the same day they were brought to the digital world. "I mean, I forgot grandma's number" Mat repeated Chris just shook his head. "Oh! Oh! I know I know" Dark said flying in circles around the nearest phone booth, "but if I tell you, you ha~ve to pla~y with me~" he stopped and hovered expectantly in front of Chris. "Deal" Chris grinned at the little puttimon. Dark sang out the seven digits happily, then looked back at Chris "go~t i~t?" Dark asked."of course he does" Mat said "now lets go play in the water!" Mat took off before Chris could stop him "Of course we have to try to make the call..." Chris complained, not that he minded much. He hated the water.

Michelle continued to walk along the length of the beach as she looked towards the sea and wondered if there were any other islands or landmass in this world. Tron had been useless in terms of that since he didn’t know stating that ‘File Island’ had been all he ever knew of the world. She would need to get some sort of idea or map of the place because the land she was in were quite big…perhaps she should start now? However she was then broken out of her thoughts when she heard voices as she snapped to see two males talking to each other along with their ‘partners’, as the other children liked to call them, as the ‘digimons’ were playing in the water.
Seeing another chance to collect information Michelle walked up to them with her best smile, ”Hi boys, I didn’t think that I would be meeting anyone around here, like do you guys know where I am?” she asked. It was better to act like a simple person rather than a hardcore special forces operative…people reacted better to that. |

"Uh-oh" Light said, face-winging (like face palm, but with wings) as Chris turned to look at the new girl. Chris was no good with people, especially with girls, and it showed as he froze up and just stared at the girl. "Hi!' dark flew in front of Chris before he could embarrass himself too much. "This is the beach on the eastern side of file island!"
Mat saw that someone had shown up, and that Dark was trying to liberate his brother from an obviously embarrassing situation. Chuckling he looked over to Dark "Time to take a break buddy" he called as they started back towards Chris and the new Girl

The boy looked to be quite nervous and had to be saved by a digimon as it told her that she was on a beach at the east side, that she could already tell having travelled over much of the island. ”A beach hmm? Like that’s quite interesting,” as she began to observe the two of them trying to see if any of them were a threat. Not many people could ever make Michelle feel threatened, but she was always on her guard for sudden attacks, it had saved her life many times and she wouldn’t stop dropping her guard simply because of who she was with. If anything she was even more on her guard. ”So…you two stay around here or what? I’m kind of new here so any information you can tell me I would appreciate it,” she said attempting to milk out information from them. The last people she had talked to weren’t very helpful, well they were for basic information, but she needed more. |

"you won't be getting much out of him" Mat said as he got closer "and we don't stay anywhere near here, in fact, we just got here ourselves. All we really know is that there's supposed to be a way back to our world, and that's what we're looking for." Dark was happy that Mat showed up when he did. They were going to have to work on Chris's people skills, but there was no time for that at the moment. "other than that, your guess is as good as ours" Mat finished up, leaning against the booth "I'm Michael by the way. Michael Garza, but my friends call me Mat"

So they didn’t know much about the world either. How on earth was she going to investigate things without actually knowing things? She had to meet someone who knew something about the world, probably someone who has lived here longer than these two, ”Really? A way out? Then…how did you get here in the first place?” Michelle asked taking out her notebook, ready to jot down any notes, she was surprised to hear that there was a way out. Was that how the monsters got out into the real world in the first place? She would need to locate this ‘door’ and find some way to seal it so that the monsters don’t get out again and harm humans. However…how did these two get into the Cyber Dimension in the first place? She would begin her interview with them now. |

| | walking the fine line in between "honestly, we don't exactly know that either" Mat rubbed the back of his head. He felt like he was back in school, being drilled with questions he didn't know the answers to. "one second, we were jumping on a trampoline. The next we were here.... well actually there" he finished by pointing at the sky above the Jungle. "and when we landed we met these little guys" he waved back at the two Puttimon floating by his brother.

Michelle looked at the two boys and nodded as they explained how they managed to get here. It seemed that they had been kidnapped by…whoever was controlling this world and seemingly dropped here. Why they would be kidnapped though Michelle had no idea, but it seemed that there is something going on here if they were starting to kidnap humans. ”And these two just happened to be at the same place, same time, that you two dropped into this world?” she asked looking at the digimons now as she scribbled some notes on her notebook. She then turned towards the digimons, ”And how about you two? How did you know that your ‘partners’ would be landing just exactly where you two were hanging around hmm?” she asked with a smile. |

| | walking the fine line in between Light spoke up before Dark could make a fool of himself "We didn't actually know the exact spot," he flew a little closer. "but we got this feeling that they would be in the Jungle there, so we were flying all over the place looking for them" Light chimed in at that moment "when we found them, they were talking with this rea~ly strong guy, with 3 partners!"

Feelings? They just had a feeling that these two boys would be around the place they just happened to be around? That sounded very suspicious…were they really kidnapping children and if so for what ends? Brainwash? Propaganda? That didn’t seem that way…they would have sent their military forces to capture these children unless this island is one giant military base. But that didn’t seem that way at all either…more information was needed. ”I see…” Michelle said as she then heard about another person they were talking to, ”oh really? Who is that person? What is his name?” Michelle asked, perhaps this person knew something. |

| | walking the fine line in between "he called himself Apollo" Chris finally spoke up, "I'm not sure if that's his real name, or if he just likes calling himself a god, but he was extremely strong.... like a split a tree with one punch... or any punches... strong..." mentioning Apollo seemed to have gotten Chris over his awkward stage a little, tho he seemed to stutter at times. Chris shuddered at the thought of that ridiculous strength, but Apollo had shown no intent to actually harm them. In fact, he helped the boys

It had to be a codename. She had not met a person who called himself after a Greek sun god. Perhaps he was some sort of military operative? Perhaps even from this world! She would have to be on the lookout for this person, someone who could split a tree in one punch? That was a very dangerous person. She only had her combat knife and that wasn’t much of anything, she wished she could have at least brought her handgun with her but it was too dangerous in case someone saw it and raised the alarm. A knife could easily be explained, a gun could not, as she nodded along. ”What an interesting person, I’ll have to see what he’s like,” she said, ”so…this Apollo guy…did he actually say anything to you? Like tell you anything?” she asked. |

Chris started to feel odd about all the questioning "What's with the third degree?" Chris asked defensively. "I mean we just met, yet you're asking us questions as if you were interviewing a witness at a crime scene."
