For a regularly timid species, Luft is an aggressive digimon. Whether his small stature gives him something to prove or the mission was born deep in his coding, Luft is committed to the cause - destroying the evil of his world. More an idealist than an actual crusader, Luft has little actual combat experience. He makes up for this absence in his quick-nature. Energetic and often (overly)confident, Luft enjoys the idea of partnering with a human to save the world.

Folk and Luft have developed a close relationship in their short time together. Luft's heroic attitude managed to inspire the German and the duo made a deal - they would make luft a true hero.
