Vayne had decided to himself and his partners that they would take a pilgrimage to the old castle before he would head home. It was one of the few places left that was still quiet and uninhabitted in the digimon world. The whole foundation of the castle was partly compromised because of years of damage and neglect. On his shoulder sat his Demidevimon Kratos, and His Dobermon X Marcus walked his side while they perused the area. Little did Vayne know that someone was on his trail.

It was a fantastic location for a hunt. Zeke had tracked down his mark to the deserted castle that was in ruins on Infinity Mountain. Vayne Saezuru - only adopted, but a Saezuru nonetheless - would be a great way to get back at Sera and Apollo. All he had to do was get in a few slashes on the boy to get his point across, but he was planning on doing some more permanent damage. He made his way quietly down the dark halls with his partners, looking around carefully to make sure he didn't miss his target.
The excitement growing in him was prompting some sort of sick warning for the boy, so Zeke let out a high pitched chuckle to echo through the halls. As he heard it echo through the castle, the sound reminded him of those old movies about killer clowns. It was a most amusing resemblance and he hoped his quandary would picture a similar image. He felt he was starting to get closer to Vayne, so he let out another chuckle to resonate through the castle, letting the boy know his doom was closing in on him.
